R. Tahan is a 53 years old experienced psychologist. She holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed psychologist. She has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Imaginal Exposure, Client-Centered Psychotherapy, and emotion regulation techniques. Roxana, as a psychologist, combines individual psychotherapy in a safe and intimate setting. The terapeutical process is adapted to each person’s needs, with the focus remaining on the client’s inner feelings.
Her approach offers a deeper understanding of personal history, the complexity of the human being, the dimensions of the self, and of course the therapeutic relationship.
The way she works is suited for sensitive subjects such as trauma, anxiety, depression, burn out, and relational difficulties. Roxana also pays attention to transgenerational trauma. Sometimes, what could not be integrated by one generation: the pain of loss, shame, exclusion, migration, war, or the silent violence within a family, is carried forward by the next generations.

Xiaodan is a psychology graduate with a strong interest in clinical work and mental wellbeing across different stages of life. Through her professional experiences, she has developed a genuine appreciation for the role of emotional validation, cognitive engagement, and structured support in promoting psychological wellbeing.
She values the impact of small but meaningful interactions, believing that consistent encouragement and thoughtful communication can help strengthen confidence, improve emotional stability, and support individuals who may be experiencing cognitive or emotional difficulties.
Xiaodan’s approach is grounded in attentive listening and thoughtful dialogue. She draws on evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema-focused therapy, and narrative exposure therapy. In addition to her clinical interests, she has been involved in community initiatives supporting the mental health of migrant populations.
Her goal is to create a respectful and supportive environment where people feel safe to express themselves and feel genuinely heard. She believes that effective psychological care requires both empathy and clear clinical thinking, helping individuals develop practical ways to understand their experiences and improve their wellbeing.

Bianca has been working with internationals for over six years, supporting both individuals and couples in navigating emotional and relational challenges. She is also highly specialized in psychodynamic bodywork using her Therapeutic Signature approach, which combines clinical deep tissue techniques with soothing Swedish massage — designed to address chronic muscle tension and relieve sore, sensitive, and painful muscles.
For clients who can only attend online, Bianca offers effective relaxation techniques using the Flash Forward procedure.

Nathaniël R.K. Donkor is a bright psychologist with a passionate commitment to understanding the variability of the human experience, and employs this understanding to facilitate awareness and growth in clients. He has a passion for CBT, and also offers (life-) coaching.
By honouring two fundamental facts: firstly that we all exhibit mechanical scripted behaviour, and secondly that holding space for emotions and conscious awareness are essential in life, Nathaniël helps clients to recognise their feelings and unconscious behaviours. With this he guides clients to greater autonomy and strength to overcome life’s challenges.
With Nathaniël you can expect a calm space where you are completely heard and understood, without judgement. You are invited to come as your most honest self, and together you will process your emotions, difficulties, and learn to equip yourself with the necessary insights and tools to develop yourself into your greatest self.
