Concept of Mental Hygiene Institute
Just as physical hygiene and the quality of our food are important, it is equally important to care for mental hygiene—the quality of thoughts and emotions. This philosophy lies at the heart of Mental Hygiene Institute.

Credentials
Daniela van Mourik is a member of EMDR Europe and also a member of the NIP (Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen), confirming that she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is legally recognized by Dutch authorities to practice as a psychologist. Being a NIP psychologist certifies that she complies with the professional and ethical standards required to practice psychology in the Netherlands.
In addition, she holds a LOGO-verklaring, issued by the Association of National Consultation on Mental Health Care Educational Institutions, confirming that she has completed the necessary academic and professional training to provide psychological services according to Dutch standards.
